There is also the option to complete your MBA with an extra industry experience year which could be a placement year or extended work project within a company . You’ll gain hands on experience in the real world and effectively connect what you will have learnt at university to the industry. This will add a full-time year onto your study.

As a result, every MBA student gets the opportunity to complete a cloud computing certificate through AWS.

Our placement year provides you with the opportunity to gain skills specific to your industry of choice as well as the employability skills required to compete in the job market. The aim of the programme is to increase knowledge of the workplace, develop relevant employability skills as well as allowing you to make informed decisions about your future career. This experience will build on the acquired academic knowledge as well as the self-management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills you’ve gained at university and put collaborative work into practice. This experience evidences your skills in your CV, providing examples to support your skills and abilities, together with a reference for future employers.
