Here at the University of East London, we have an exciting range of venues available to hire across our three campuses situated in Stratford and Docklands. We can cater for various events such as conferences, meetings, award ceremonies, exhibitions, training courses and more.
We also have a range of specialist facilities available to hire including laboratories, mock hospital facilities, and creative workshops including photography, sculpture, 3D printing and many more.

Main lecture theatres
We have a mix of lecture theatres available, with both modern and traditional aesthetics ideal for seminars, conferences, teaching product launches and more. In addition, our lecture theatres offer superb acoustics and a range of AV equipment.

Specialist facilities hire
We offer a wide range of unique spaces that cater to various industries and creative pursuits. From photography darkrooms to microbiology labs, sculpture workshops, and mock courtrooms, our facilities provide a space to bring your ideas to life.
For those in the creative arts, we offer photography darkrooms, 3D printing labs, and a variety of art workshops, including sculpture and metalwork. Our facilities have the latest technology and equipment to support your creative endeavours, and our knowledgeable staff are available as part of the hire if needed.
If you're in the science and engineering field, we have a range of specialist labs, including hydraulics, civil engineering, microbiology, chemical and more.
For those interested in the medical field, we offer mock hospital facilities with general wards, accident and emergency, and intensive care. Our facilities are designed to provide a realistic medical training and education environment.
In addition, we also offer a range of business spaces, including boardrooms, a mock courtroom, and a trading floor.
Meeting rooms and classrooms
We have a range of classrooms and meeting rooms available to hire at our two campuses in Stratford and our Docklands campus. With capacity ranging from 20 – 200.
