International Admissions Deadlines FAQs
Which deadline applies to me?
Use the deadlines for your intake (for example, January or May). Some courses have different deadlines, such as BSc Adult Nursing, so always check the course-specific section on this page as well.
What is the deposit deadline and why does it matter?
The deposit is a tuition fee payment you need to make before we can start pre-CAS checks and issue your CAS. Your deposit must reach us by the deadline shown for your intake.
What is a pre-CAS interview and when do I need to do it?
A pre-CAS interview is part of our Student visa checks. If you are asked to complete one, you must record it by the deadline listed for your intake. Priority and non-priority visa routes can have different cut-off dates.
What are “TB and maintenance documents” and when should I submit them?
These are the documents UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) may require for your Student visa, including your tuberculosis (TB) test certificate (if applicable) and financial evidence. If you need to submit them, do so by the deadline shown for your intake.
What happens if I miss a deadline?
We may not be able to complete your pre-CAS checks or issue your CAS in time for your intake. This could mean delaying your visa application and deferring your start date. If you think you will miss a deadline, contact us as soon as possible.
