Innovation and Sustainable Hospitality MSc teaches you how to run and lead hospitality businesses. The Innovation and Sustainable Hospitality course has five main parts: leadership skills, business reputation and sustainability, creating new services, understanding financial data, and developing a business idea. You'll learn how to protect a company's reputation, manage problems, create new products that customers want, read financial reports, and write a complete business plan. The programme gives you practical skills to help you become a successful manager in hotels, restaurants and other hospitality businesses.

How you'll learn

Employer engagement will be embedded throughout the course both in the delivery of the curriculum which will include guest speakers and industry visits as well as through the involvement of industry professionals in the assessments such as a 'Dragons Den' assessment for the final Research Project. This will allow you to experience the world of sports management in an engaging and real-life approach.
