Basketball
Basketball is one of East London Sport’s High-Performance Programmes. A range of scholarships are available for 1st team players which includes bursaries, a diverse support package, exclusive kit and access to our private performance facility Aqua East.
East London Basketball Club has gone from strength to strength over the years, with now 4 Men’s teams and 2 Women’s teams competing in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) leagues and cups every Wednesday. Having become one of East London’s focus sports, more and more students are choosing to study and play basketball with us.
The Basketball programme at East London has been created to ensure success on and off the court through great team spirit, work ethic and developing talent alongside a fantastic group of coaches.
One of the things we are trying to build is an environment for people to develop and grow as players. Welcoming new people into the family is something we are excited to do in the 23/24 season.
