Our Move East London programme allows all students to take part in sport and physical activity across Docklands and Stratford campuses. All of our drop in sessions are free to attend and vary from yoga and boxing to basketball and volleyball. They are run by our Sports Reps and Sports Scholars, so it's a great opportunity to learn a new sport, hang out with friends, or take a break from studies.
Throughout the week the Move East London programme hosts free drop-in sessions on campus. These are perfect for people who want to play their favourite sports casually each week. See the timetable below for more details.
Every three weeks, on a Tuesday, the programme runs a free activity session at SportsDock. These sessions are great for people who want try something new with no commitment of membership fees or time constrains each week!
