Netball
East London Netball Club is open to players of all abilities, players who are passionate about developing the netball club and those looking to improve their health. The East London Netball Club offers players the opportunity to play competitive netball against other university teams in the region. Our club currently consists of 2 teams that compete in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Leagues and Cup competitions every Wednesday afternoon.
Besides competitive opportunities, we also run a Volleyball Move East London Session every Monday, which is a fun and free session for all students to take part in. It is a great way to still integrate yourself within the Volleyball community without that competitive element each week.
Even if you are not a player but have a passion for netball and want to get involved, the netball club is always looking for people to officiate, blog, write match reports and act as committee members to help develop the club.

I would tell people to join Netball because it’s an inclusive club, everyone is passionate but also want other members in the club to be performing at their best. We always go to matches with a ‘play to win’ attitude and our coach has the same passion as the players.
