Our rugby club

UEL Men’s Rugby club is a competitive, sociable team that train and compete weekly in the BUCS league. In the 2017-18 season the team finished 2nd in their league and made it to the Cup final where they had the opportunity to complete at Allianz Park.

The Rugby team are real ambassadors for UEL and always support other clubs when they do not have a match. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the club whether that is playing, coaching, being part of the committee or supporting the club with their media and writing blogs.

Joining the rugby club was the best
decision I have made. It helped me to
become more social and to improve as a
rugby player. I was selected for the County Rugby Squad and represented UEL in a tournament in France, all due to my
    involvement with the club.
