Clearing dates and times

From 5 July 2025, our friendly Clearing hotline can advise on course availability and entry criteria and will guide you through your options. Places available on courses are often very popular, so call our Clearing hotline as soon as you get your results.

Before you call

Make sure you have your:

  • exam results
  • UCAS ID (if you have one)
  • the name of the course you are interested in studying

Clearing 2025 hotline opening times

Monday 7 July to Wednesday 13 August

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

 

Results day

  • Thursday 14 August: 7am to 8pm

 

Immediately after results day

  • Friday 15 August: 7am to 8pm
  • Saturday 16 August: 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday 17 August: 10am to 4pm
  • Monday 18 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Tuesday 19 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Wednesday 20 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Thursday 21 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Friday 22 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Saturday 23 August: 10am to 4pm
  • Sunday 24 August: 10am to 4pm
  • Monday 25 August: Closed for bank holiday
  • Tuesday 26 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Wednesday 27 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Thursday 28 August: 9am to 7pm
  • Friday 29 August: 9am to 7pm

 

From Monday 1 September 2025 onwards

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
