Zoe Adjey has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, events, and education sectors. She's an experienced lecturer, course leader, and author with expertise spanning hospitality operations, training, instructional design, programme management, and strategic initiatives.

OVERVIEW
Currently Cluster Lead for the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism, Zoe teaches courses in areas like Hospitality Management, Events Management, and leads modules in hospitality supervision, management, and HR.
Previously she spent years with Caprice Holdings establishing corporate training programmes as Group Trainer. At Westminster Kingsway College she managed college restaurants and led curriculum teams.
Zoë holds extensive qualifications in areas like training, assessing, teaching, wine and spirits.
Her experience also includes employee relations, coaching, quality coordination, blended learning, supplier relations, and succession planning.
Her academic interests relate to hospitality industry trends, restaurant operations, food and beverage, mentorship, and professional development.
She's an active author and commentator on issues impacting the field.
