OVERVIEW
Education is a springboard activating student's potential, imparting knowledge, and helping them to think critically. I am researching The Changing World of Employment and the Organisational Behaviour Towards Gig Workers in the United Kingdom. Research and teaching are interrelated. I am passionate about adding value to the student's experience, supporting them to reach their academic goals and stirring them up to pursue their career. This is exemplified in my teaching by guiding students to set career vision, set goals, and aim high. I instil in my student that nothing can restrict them from achieving their goal, engaging them to have the right mindset towards their studies.
I aim to support the students with relevant and adequate content that would help them in their journey. I am committed to incorporating my research insight into my classroom engagement to create a more interactive yet impactful learning experience for the students and support them with available resources to expand their understanding. I drive towards helping students to go beyond remembering the concepts I teach in my class and to create something tangible that would make a positive impact on their career journey.
