Overview

At the University of East London (UEL), I am the MBA Associate Director and Senior Lecturer in Industry Engagement & Development within the Department of Strategy and Leadership, Royal Docks School of Business and Law. My role includes leadership across the MBA programme, ensuring academic quality, operational effectiveness, and strong alignment between business education and the realities of global work. A key focus of my position is enabling students to engage with live organisational challenges, gain sector-relevant experience, and build the confidence and professional identity needed for successful careers.

I integrate applied and experiential learning at the heart of the MBA curriculum through live consultancy projects, professional placements, collaborative peer-learning, and external engagement with industry partners. These approaches strengthen learning relevance, while fostering the development of leadership capabilities, critical thinking, and workplace readiness among our diverse student community.
