
Situated in a stunning waterfront setting, our Docklands Campus provides a modern, well-equipped learning environment, with purpose-built lecture theatres and seminar rooms, a 24/7 library and learning centre, and a multimedia production centre with audio and visual labs and studios.
Our Student Village is located on campus providing purpose-built accommodation for over 1,200 students, as well as shops and a launderette.
There is plenty of choice when it comes down to where to eat on the Docklands Campus.
The main restaurant is called The Edge, which is located offthe atrium in the East Building. The Edge serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and sandwiches as well as hot an cold drinks.
We operate Café Culture, which is located at the security end of the atrium in the East Building. This outlet offers freshly ground speciality coffees, tempting cakes, pastries & sandwiches, as well as incorporating a 24/7 vending machine operation.
Oscars Coffee Bar is located in West Building. This outlet has a modern feel and offers freshly ground coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks & light meals.
Oscars Bistro, in the West Building, looks out over the dock and university square so is a great place to grab a bite, especially suitable for evening class students and staff that are working late. Serving a selection of snacks and meals including "Specials of the Day", omelettes, pasta, curries and filled jacket potatoes.
Knowledge Dock Coffee Shop. This outlet offers freshly ground speciality coffees, tempting cakes, pastries & sandwiches, as well as incorporating a 24/7 vending machine operation. More information
John Smiths Bookshop is located in the atrium of the East Building on Docklands Campus.
John Smiths Bookshop sells a wide range of course relevant books and offers a wide selection of stationary and computer equipment.
The Student Union shop is located in the atrium of the East Building on Dockalnds Campus. The shop is administered by the Student Union and sells everything from UEL hoodies and snacks to specialist stationary and some house-hold essentials.

The Docklands Campus is directly opposite Cyprus DLR station. Trains to Beckton via Cyprus and Canning Town usually run at five-to-ten minute intervals.
Bus routes near the Docklands Campus include 101, 173, 262, 300, 366, 376, 474 and N551. A map of these bus routes is also available from TfL.

There are a limited number of visitor parking spaces available at our campuses, we may be unable to accommodate visitors who arrive without securing a pre-booked parking space. For this reason, visitors are advised to use public transport.
There is no parking available for students during peak hours (0800-1700 Mon-Fri), with the exception of Blue Badge holders who may apply for a peak hours parking permit.
All students are welcome to apply for an off-peak parking permit which will enable them to park in the campus car parks at Docklands and Stratford outside of these times. Further information and application forms can be found at the Facilities Services webpages.
