OVERVIEW
I am also interested in organisational resilience, particularly in the SME sector. My main teaching interests are in the areas of business management where I supervise research projects and dissertations at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
I joined the Business Department in September 2022 and am leading modules in Entrepreneurship for level 6 and Global Enterprise for level 3. I am also the associate course lead for Business Management.
My research skills and expertise are centred around Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis using Smart PLS.
CURRENT RESEARCH
I am a Doctoral Researcher investigating the impact of Financial literacy and the Digital capability of managers on organisational performance, particularly in developing countries. My main research interests are improving organisational performance focusing mainly on SME Financial Literacy, Digital capabilities, and Human Capital Development, particularly in Africa.
