Our Career Coaches provide personalised support through one-to-one appointments, workshops, events, and online resources tailored to your needs and aspirations. Career Zone is UEL's online platform for career support, job opportunities, and workshop bookings, accessible to all current students and alumni.
Whether you are at the beginning of your studies or preparing to graduate, it is never too soon or too late to access career support. Meet with a Career Coach to explore your options, develop your employability toolkit, and create a plan to achieve your career goals.

1 to 1 appointments and drop-in sessions
Personalised coaching sessions allow you to discuss your specific circumstances and receive targeted advice.
- One-to-one appointments: Book a 30-minute session with a Careers Coach.
- Drop-in sessions: Visit our Career Zone spaces during term time for a 15-minute query session. If you need further support, we can refer you for a longer one-to-one appointment
Career accelerator
The Career Accelerator is a targeted series of workshops and coaching sessions for University of East London (UEL) students who are unsure about their career path. The programme provides expert-led workshops, personalised feedback, and ongoing individual support to help you map out your future. Upon completion, you will receive exclusive merchandise, a certificate, and a professional reference
