#BeTheChange

At UEL we are working on the some of the big issues that will define our future – from sustainable architecture and ethical AI, to health inequality and breaking down barriers in the creative industries – and our students are more critically engaged and socially conscious than ever before.

Now is the time to harness that passion, creativity, compassion and ambition to make change a reality – for ourselves, for our communities and for the world at large.

The world needs change. #BeTheNext to join the University of East London in 2021 and together we can #BeTheChange.

James talks about his experience studying a Youth and Community Work degree at University of East London and starting his own company whilst studying. Take a look.

INDUSTRY PARTNERS

We work with global organisations to make our courses entrepreneurial, creative and inspirational. Wherever our students want to work – in business, technology, teaching, arts, media, science, sport or the public sector – they will have the skills necessary to adapt to the world of tomorrow, and to be the leaders and pioneers of today.

More and more, employers are seeking workers who possess skills such as emotional intelligence and creativity, the ability to think critically and undertake complex problem solving. That’s why we’ve put these skills at the heart of every one of our degrees, counting towards students’ final qualification. As evidence of these achievements we give our students a career passport that’ll open doors.

We have many links with industry partners, whom our graduates have gone onto work for. Some examples are; NSPCC, Medecins Sans Frontieres, NHS, Local government, Schools including Stratford School Academy, Early Years settings and Housing Associations
