This coaching course has been invaluable in providing me the tools and guidance on how to apply a coaching approach in my role as a HR Business Partner in my organisation. I find that I often refer back to the models and tools as I work with senior leaders, and it has allowed me to adopt a more strategic, insight-driven style when engaging with my stakeholders. The access to group sessions and support was foundational in building our coaching cohort with a great deal of trust and engagement.
