In the creation of your solo, we invite you to share any style of movement that feels most comfortable to you.
The solo can be structured (or pre-choreographed), semi-structured (with some elements of set choreography and some moments of freestyle or improvisation) or improvised/freestyle based, depending on your dance training and background.
