Travel Support Fund
We do not want travel costs to stop you visiting UEL. If you are a prospective UK student attending a selected on-campus event, you may be able to claim up to £50 towards eligible public transport costs. Eligibility criteria and caps apply.

Can I bring guests to an Open Day?
Absolutely — family, partners, friends and other supporters are welcome to join you at our Open Days.
Is there parking available on campus, or how do I get there?
There will be parking available at our Docklands campus for free (limited spaces), however, there will not be parking at our University Square Stratford campus.
Please note that the Stratford campus car park is currently partially closed and can only be accessed via Fern Road. The Water Lane campus is only a short walk away.
Our Docklands campus has its own DLR station (Cyprus) and Stratford is highly accessible by public transport.
What actually happens on the day / Do I have to stay the whole time?
Open Events are completely flexible. You can arrive at any time during the event hours to tour the campus, chat with academics, and explore accommodation, but we recommend aiming for specific subject talks (check your email for the schedule!).
