Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
A bachelor’s degree in Laws is a great first step towards the training you need to become a barrister or a solicitor.
Since Law is a vast and diverse subject, we offer a huge amount of flexibility in our general LLB programme: LLB (Hons) Law.
You also have the option of taking one of our specialist pathways that combine the study of another subject area such as Business, Criminology and International Relations whilst still studying the core law modules:
- LLB (Hons) Law
- LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology
- LLB (Hons) Business Law
- LLB (Hons) Law with International Relations
Since Law is a vast and diverse subject, we offer a huge amount of flexibility in our general LLB programme: LLB (Hons) Law.
Our diverse LLB programmes also have an optional placement year available. Giving you the opportunity, to gain hands on experience and connect, all that you have learnt at university to the legal industry. Placements will be provided and supported either by us or a partner organisation where you will gain worthwhile and practical real-world experience in handling issues relating to aspects of social welfare law. This is a unique and exceptional opportunity for you to work in the legal sector. International students wanting to do the placement year must indicate so, upon application. This will add a full-time year onto your study.
Our LLB provides ideal training for paralegals, journalists, NGO and charity workers, policy advisors, consultants, lawyers, those working in business and finance and anyone who will benefit from a legal education in their career.
