Download our app today for FREE to make the most of SportsDock.
Follow these steps to download:
The new SportsDock app is available to download now on iOS and Android. Once downloaded, please follow the 4 steps below to get logged on:
- Download the app
- Press “Login”
- Press “Create Account”
- Fill in the details that are consistent with your membership file onto the required fields
Note:
i. The email address MUST match the one you used to sign up to a membership and to create your online account.
ii. Please manually enter your card number under the barcode.
Connect your fitness monitor
Track your fitness and monitor your results. Always keeping on top of your game. Our new app allows you to connect to fitness wearables and apps including Fitbit, Apple, Garmin, Strava and many more.
Exclusive deals and promotions
Members are sent push notifications. This means that you'll be the first to know about new classes, promotions, deals and all the latest SportsDock news.
Challenges and workouts
Take part in challenges set by our fitness team, and track your workouts with ease.
Virtual content on-demand
The workout area keeps you motivated with virtual content, on-demand workout programmes and access to a number of SportsDock challenges.

We know you might have some queries about the new app, so we've listed some helpful FAQs below. Please take a look at these prior to contacting us as the answer you're looking for may already be here.
What happens if my log-in details aren't recognised?
Please email our Reception Team and ask for your email address and membership card number*.
*TIP: You need to use the same email address that you used to sign up to a SportsDock Membership. You'll need your membership card number. This is used for the 'barcode number' when logging into the app'.
Where can I book my gym sessions and classes?
First head to 'Find a class'. This will take you to our online booking system. Please log-in with your online account details, and then you are able to make your bookings.
Do you offer points for workouts?
Not yet but we will be!
I am having issues with recording workouts
Within the app there's a support section at the bottom of the "Community" page.

I have other fitness apps - how do I connect these to the SportsDock app?
You can add all of your own apps by clicking on your initials or profile picture in the top left corner of the app. From there, press 'Connected Apps' and select the different apps you’d like to connect.
Where can I find the deals section within the app - is this members only?
Yes - these are exclusive to SportsDock Members and can be found under 'Benefits'. You can find a list of deals there. You can expect new deals every month!
There's a feedback section within the app - where does this information go?
The information is submitted to our club portal where all feedback will be recorded and actioned as part of our customer feedback strategy.
When first logging in I am asked for a barcode number - how do I insert this?
Tap the screen and enter your membership card number. Please ask Reception to provide this for you.
Is my SportsDock and app account the same thing?
No - you need to create a new account on the app when you first log in. This is not the same login you used for creating your account for the online booking system. You should use the same email address you used for signing up to membership at SportsDock.
