Main fitness centre

Our recently refurbished fitness centre has the very latest commercial fitness equipment and high spec gym flooring. Features include pin selected strength machines connected to TRAKK fitness app which helps monitor and improve your workout, a wide range of cardio machines to help reach your goal, and a free weights area with the very best plate loaded, barbells, and dumbbells.

Virtual cycling studio

Our newly designed indoor cycling studio provides both on-demand and live classes for you to enjoy. Powered by Stages Cycling Studio, the indoor cycling experience is unparalleled in the fitness industry to deliver quality cycling classes.

Optimal Zone

Our expertly designed functional fitness zone provides an array of exercise options to achieve your fitness goals. From pushing a sled on our new track to using our large bridge rig or even HIIT training on our self-powered cardio machines, you are guaranteed to sweat!
