Our clinic is an integral part of the University of East London's renowned Sports Therapy programme, where aspiring therapists put their knowledge into practice while continuing to learn and refine their skills. We specialize in treating sports-related injuries and supporting recovery through a personalised, evidence-based approach.

Services
Injury consultations
Comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate sports-related injuries, allowing us to create tailored treatment plans for your specific needs.
First Appointments: 45 minutes, but please allow up to 1 hour
Follow Ups: Up to 45 minutes
Soft tissue treatment
Targeted therapies aimed at relieving pain, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing mobility to support the recovery process.

Rehabilitation
Customised rehabilitation programs are designed to restore strength, flexibility, and function, helping you get back to peak performance. Whilst in your sessions the practitioner may prescribe you with a plan that suits your needs and schedule. This will be followed up at your next session to see how you are progressing.

Sports massage (One area only)
Focused massage therapy to alleviate tension, improve circulation, and promote healing on one specific problem area. One session: 30 minutes – consists of a quick consultation, followed by treatment.
Cryotherapy
Advanced cryotherapy treatment combining cold therapy and compression to reduce swelling, alleviate pain, and accelerate the healing process.
