Overview
Drive meaningful organisational change through effective equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) leadership. This two-day course equips managers and senior professionals with the strategic understanding and practical tools to embed EDI principles into their operations, policies, and culture.
Through interactive workshops, group discussion, and real-world case studies, you’ll explore how inclusive practices enhance innovation, collaboration, and performance. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to design and implement EDI strategies that deliver measurable, long-term impact.

Course fees are based on face-to-face delivery at one of our London campuses. Group discounts are available for bookings of more than five participants in both the UK and internationally. Delivery
This course is in-person, for the duration of two days (28 January and 2 February 2026). While the delivery mainly takes place at our Docklands Campus, some sessions can be held at the Stratford Campus as well.
