- Meet us at SportsDock reception on the day of your chosen activity.
- Bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothing - we will provide the rest.

Boxing – beginners, female only and mixed ability
Learn the basics of boxing in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. These classes are perfect for complete beginners as well as those looking to improve their skills and build confidence.

Learn to Olympic lift
Train with expert coaches in a supportive environment and develop your technique in Olympic lifting. Sessions run weekly in the Aqua East Gym, next to SportsDock.

Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. It is social, easy to pick up and hard to put down. Join our weekly social sessions at Rocket Padel, E6 5LW.
Pickleball
A low-impact, highly sociable paddle sport combining elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Drop-in sessions take place weekly in the SportsDock Arena.
