Royal Literary Fund Fellows
UEL is fortunate to have Royal Literary Fellows (RLF), professional writers who are available to help students improve any aspect of their academic writing, including planning, structure, style, referencing, critical thinking, grammar and punctuation.
Our Fellows offer confidential one-to-one appointments at the Docklands and Stratford campuses, and online. Students can see the Fellows more than once, if necessary. There are also extensive resources for students on the RLF website.

Functional Skills Level 2 qualifications
We offer the opportunity to obtain a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification while studying at UEL. We work in partnership with the Department of Education and NCFE to run Level 2 courses in English and Maths. For more information visit the Functional Skills intranet page (internal link).
