Please note that the total rent costs listed below do NOT include the required £250 security deposit. Provided there is no damage, missing items or outstanding rent when you move out, we will refund your deposit in full approximately four weeks after the end of your contract.
Please also be aware that we require a £500 advanced rent payment for tenancies during the academic year and a £300 advanced rent payment for summer tenancies. There is a column below that displays the rent price minus the relevant advanced rent payment so that you can see exactly how much you will be required to pay during your tenancy in the Halls of Residence.
The £250 security deposit and advanced rent payment make up the amount due before residents can secure their room offer. You can read more details in our Accommodation Agreement.

It is right on the dock front in bright modern buildings.
Premium accommodation
We offer premium accommodation in both East and West Halls. In East Halls, the premium accommodation is in Longbridge House and in West Halls it is located in Felix, Kwame, Jamilah and Ailsa Houses. They offer the same en-suite rooms and shared kitchen living as our standard halls, however, the rooms and kitchens have been recently refurbished.
