Trampolining
UEL's Trampoline Club is the perfect club to learn something new and apply skills you've learnt previously. Beginners are welcome and can learn all the basic techniques needed to develop and learn how to join jumps and create routines.
Advanced bouncers are still able to join with the beginners and practice routines to perfect them ready for competitions. The club also encourages members to gain coaching qualifications to assist others within the club to advance and develop as individuals.
The Trampoline Club train weekly on Tuesday evenings 5.00-7.00pm at SportsDock.
The club currently have two beds which are perfect for training and preparing for competitions.
The UEL Trampoline Club is a great way to make new friends and improve your core strength. Bouncing on the trampoline is great aerobic fitness and it’s also softer on your joints than running.
The club also offers the opportunity for members to participate in both regional and national university competitions against other institutions in the UK.
UEL has supported me as a student and an athlete. The flexible elite athlete study policy allows me, as a sports scholar, to compete and train at the highest level whilst ensuring I have the flexibility to earn a degree."
