We have all worked hard, gelled as a team, given time effort and energy, supported each other. I believe sport is Excellent for mental health, it fills a void, it gives a sense of achievement when you do well which in turn impacts on your academic achievements when you realise with hard work and guidance you can elevate and maximize your full potential and take your dreams, goals and aspirations to higher heights.
