Why should I volunteer?
Volunteering is an opportunity for you to build your skills, improve your employability and stand out from the crowd in today's competitive jobs market. By including volunteering experience on your CV you will demonstrate key skills and dedication to potential employers.
Volunteering also allows you to build skills in your chosen area and for a cause that you believe in – it is a great way to make a difference to the communities around you. These roles are usually very flexible and you can volunteer at a time that works around your existing commitments, such as your studies.
If you are interested you can visit the UEL Volunteering Hub to see the latest volunteering opportunities. You can browse available roles but in order to apply you will need to register and attend a short induction. Once you register we will be in touch to arrange your induction.
Our team are on hand to help and support you to identify a role, please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org

Whatever your availability, skills or passion there is a volunteer opportunity that is right for you. We welcome volunteers of all abilities. If you consider yourself to have a disability, our team will be happy to discuss opportunities that could work for you.
Think carefully about the time you can commit and do not overstretch yourself. All of our partners understand that you are volunteering around other commitments.
