Question: What will happen if my grades are not released?
We are currently reviewing the impact Covid-19 is having on final public assessments, exams and final grades on a country by country basis. We are also working with national bodies such as Universities UK International (UUKi) for guidance and will update applicants as and when we can.
Question: Do I still need to do an English language test?
English Language is an essential requirement for the majority of our European and international applicants. The current approved face-to-face English language testing centres have closed, and we are in communications with authorities to get an idea of when they will be reopened or alternative ways of assessments. We will update our guidance here as soon as we receive an update.

May Entry Visa FAQs
Question: What if my student visa has been issued for the April / May 2020 intake?
Answer: Please do NOT travel to the UK at this time. This is to ensure your health and wellbeing is prioritised and you do not jeopardise any future visa applications with UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI). We will be informing UKVI that due to COVID-19 we have had to postpone the April / May 2020 intake to September 2020. We will issue you a new CAS in June 2020 once we receive updated correct maintenance documents and a valid TB test and further guidance from UKVI.
Question: Will I have to pay for my visa again? Will I get a refund?
Answer: We are currently liaising with national bodies such as UKVI on what the process will be and will revert as soon as soon as we receive an update.
Question: Can I get a refund for the flight I have booked?
Answer: Many airline carriers have already suspended flights into the UK from a wide range of destinations. Please contact your carrier and discuss this with them directly.
