I Provide technical support for Physiology, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Histology subjects areas. Also perform a range of operational tasks, which support learning, teaching, research and enterprise activity within the School of Health, Sport and Bioscience.

    I have been working as a Technical assistant in Health (physiotherapy and podiatry), Sports (sports and sports therapy) and Bioscience mainly in Histology and Physiology. And providing technical support for teaching, practical classes, student projects for undergraduates and Masters. Practical work incudes preparation, setting up and clearing of equipment and materials for practical classes, project work, research experiments and also School liaison initiatives. Assisting with maintenance, calibration and minor repairs of laboratory equipment. 

    In Health, sports and Bioscience I am responsible for the ordering consumables and chemical reagents which are used for practical classes and research using the University Purchasing System as required, including collection and delivery of orders and troubleshooting lost or incorrectly delivered orders. Moreover, I am responsible for maintaining stocks in the storeroom keep inventory record of consumables and chemical which I are used.
