I’m Mark Holloway. I’m a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who is responsible for postgraduate programmes in Occupational and Business Psychology.

I am a chartered psychologist who is qualified in the use of many psychometric instruments which I use for selection and development purposes.   I am also involved in corporate consultancy work on behalf of the School of Psychology. Current and recent projects include working with Army and RAF Instructors to help them to coach new recruits, working with teachers to help them have better conversations with parents, and working with managers to help them take control of their careers.

I have recently completed the Doctorate in Occupational Psychology   and my area of research was employee voice and silence in the workplace. This is my main area of research interest at present and I am also developing consultancy interventions in this area to use with external organisations.
