Ifeoma is currently carrying out a postgraduate research to systematically establish and quantify the relationship between participatory budgeting and health and wellbeing improvement of citizens. It will involve a national and international evaluation of participatory budgeting practices with the aim of understanding how the underlying theories, policies, mechanisms and pathways influence positive health and wellbeing in particular mental wellbeing and quality of life.
