With over 20 years experience and expertise in the media sector working in a variety of roles including, BBC Broadcast Journalist and producer, Branded content and digital producer, Founder and Managing Director Allsortz Open Mic I currently a member for the Ofcom Content Board I'm a certified leadership coach.

I have a strong commitment to EDI and co-chair the EDI committee within ACI to ensure inclusive practices are embedded in all we do.
