Our wheelchair basketball club
Overview
The UEL wheelchair basketball club was created in 2014 and has grown from strength to strength, winning the National Championship in 2017. The club is a diverse club who welcome all to join the club, regardless of gender, age and can support both disabled and non-disabled students.
The wheelchair basketball club has a range of abilities and prides themselves on being open for all. Despite this they are a competitive club who compete yearly in the National Championships against other universities, all aiming to be the best in the country. Whether you want to make new friends, learn a new skill or compete at the highest level, the wheelchair basketball club has something for you.
The club trains every Friday at SportsDock from 4:00-6:00pm.
