We are dedicated to building strong global partnerships that drive innovation, learning, and industry collaboration across borders. Our team works with industry leaders, universities, and organisations to create impactful opportunities for our Global Campus community.
There are 5 pillars to all GC Development work:
- New academic partnerships
- Recruitment
- Industry partnerships
- Friends of UEL/alumni
- Government partnerships/philanthropy
In all cases we utilise our close partnership with on the ground stakeholders, including federal and state level governments, the British Council and the UK Department of Business and Trade, to achieve our goals.
Our strategic objectives
In alignment with our GLOCAL strategy, Global Campus Development is focused on 5 key markets:
- India (and wider South Asia)
- Egypt (and North Africa and Middle East)
- United States
- China (and Central and East Asia)
- Greece (and Europe)
We approach each market with insight and sensitivity, using the following:
- Our alumni capacity and networks (eg India Industry Advisory Board)
- Our relevant USP/s aligned with relevant partner state strategies and HE capacity/needs
- UEL Growth and Diversification strategies (including at regional levels)
