Learning
At UEL, we think creatively about how our students learn
Our facilities
We’re committed to providing our students with the best
possible facilities in which to live and learn, and we’ve invested heavily in
our campuses over the past few years.
Both of our campuses boast state-of-the art teaching
facilities, including world-class laboratories, superbly equipped computer
suites, high-tech libraries open 24/7 during term time, cutting-edge
performance studios and professional-standard workshops.
In 2012, our £21 million SportsDock facility opened at our Docklands campus and
achieved global fame as the training base for Team USA in the run-up to the
London Olympics and Paralympics. It includes indoor and outdoor pitches and
courts, dance and aerobic studios, a martial arts studio and a huge gymnasium.
In 2013, we opened our £33 million University Square Stratford building, as
well as a new £14 million library at our Stratford campus.
We also have a multimedia production centre, a clinical education centre and
our renowned Knowledge Dock business centre that offers help to start-up
companies.
