Muhammad Babar is our Regional Manager for the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Central Asia, who is a former international student in the UK. Muhammad has extensive knowledge and experience in the Higher Education sector.

Entry requirements
Undergraduate
- Baccalauréat with grade 14
- Diplôme de Technicien Spécialisé with grade 12
- Brevet de Technicien Supérieur with grade 12
Postgraduate
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from Al Akhawayn University, GPA of 3.0 (Good)
- Diplôme from an École Supérieure De Commerce with high grades
- A 3-year Licence OR at least the 1st year of 3 3-year Maitrise (passed with 12 and no fails)
- Diplôme D'ingénieur d'Etat or Diplôme des Etudes Supérieures (DES)
- Two-year Licence (last awarded in the 2005-06) when taken post, one of the following:
- Certificat Universitaire d’Etudes de Droit/ CUED (University Certificate Of Law Studies)
- Certificat Universitaire d’Etudes Economiques/ CUEE (University Certificate of Economics Studies)
- Certificat Universitaire d’Etudes Economiques/CUEE (University Certificate of Economics Studies)
- Certificat Universitaire d’Etudes Scientifiques/CUES (University Certificate of Scientific Studies)
- BTS
English Language requirements
To study at UEL you must demonstrate that your English level is at the standard for university study. We accept a number of different English language qualifications/tests for entry onto our courses, with IELTS being the most common.
