Entry requirements
Undergraduate
- Diplome de Technicien Superieur with ‘Good’ grade (12+)
- General Secondary Certificate / Baccalauréat Libanais with 60 per cent or 11/20 and SAT
- First year of a bachelor’s degree/Licence with good OR GPA of 2.5 (AUB/LAU)
- A recognised International Foundation course
Postgraduate
- A bachelor’s degree/Licence with good or GPA of 2.5 (AUB/LAU)
- Diplome d’Etudes Superieures/Attestation d’Etudes Approfondies with classification “good”
- Maitrise with a Pass
English Language requirements
To study at UEL you must demonstrate that your English level is at the standard for university study. We accept a number of different English language qualifications/tests for entry onto our courses, with IELTS being the most common.

- Notre Dame University

- American University of Beirut (AUB)
- Lebanese American University (LAU)

- IELTS
- TOEFL IBT
- Pearson Test of English (PTE)
- Oxford International English Test (OIETC)
