Entry requirements

Undergraduate

  • Diplome de Technicien Superieur with ‘Good’ grade (12+)
  • General Secondary Certificate / Baccalauréat Libanais with 60 per cent or 11/20 and SAT
  • First year of a bachelor’s degree/Licence with good OR GPA of 2.5 (AUB/LAU)
  • A recognised International Foundation course

Postgraduate

  • A bachelor’s degree/Licence with good or GPA of 2.5 (AUB/LAU)
  • Diplome d’Etudes Superieures/Attestation d’Etudes Approfondies with classification “good”
  • Maitrise with a Pass

English Language requirements

To study at UEL you must demonstrate that your English level is at the standard for university study. We accept a number of different English language qualifications/tests for entry onto our courses, with IELTS being the most common.

    • Notre Dame University
    • University of Belamand
    • American University of Beirut (AUB)
    • Lebanese American University (LAU)

    • American University of Science & Technology (Lebanon Campus).
  • IELTS
  • TOEFL IBT
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE)
  • Oxford International English Test (OIETC)
