Entry requirements
Undergraduate
Students must have passed a recognised International Foundation course OR one of the following with a classification of ‘good’ or above:
- A Higher Technical Institute Diploma.
- Undergraduate Diploma.
- Junior Health College Diploma (for relevant degree programmes).
- College of Technology Diploma (2 years).
- An Associate Degree / Intermediate University Degree.
- 1st year of a degree
Note: Some students may have attended Indian/Pakistani etc institutions – See respective country entry requirements.
Postgraduate
Students must hold a 4 year Bachelors Degree from a recognised university with a classification of ‘good’ or above or equivalent.

English language requirements
To study at UEL you must demonstrate that your English level is at the standard for university study. We accept a number of different English language qualifications/tests for entry onto our courses, with IELTS being the most common.
