Muhammad Babar is our Regional Manager for the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Central Asia, who is a former international student in the UK. Muhammad has extensive knowledge and experience in the Higher Education sector.

Entry requirements
Undergraduate
- A 2 year Diploma from an Intermediate/Higher Institute
- Completion of 1 year of studies at a university with CGPA 2.5 or above
- A recognised International Foundation course
- Certificate of Nile International Secondary Education (CNISE)
Postgraduate
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University with ‘good’ or GPA/grade equivalent.
English Language requirements
To study at UEL you must demonstrate that your English level is at the standard for university study. We accept a number of different English language qualifications/tests for entry onto our courses, with IELTS being the most common.
Accepted English Language Qualifications
- Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter, confirming they studied in English, will be accepted for applicants
who have completed their Bachelor’s Degree. - IELTS
- TOEFL IBT
- Pearson Test of English (PTE)
- Oxford International English Test (OIETC)
