Regions FAQs
What will I find on my country or region page?
Your country page explains:
- which local qualifications and grades we accept
- any extra entry requirements for some courses
- English language requirements and alternatives for your country
- estimated tuition fees and living costs
- contact details for your regional team or local representatives.
Do I still need to check my course page?
Yes. Your country page shows what we accept from your education system, but course pages confirm the final entry and English requirements for that specific degree. Always check both before you apply.
Do I need IELTS to study at UEL?
Not always. IELTS is the most common test, but we accept a range of English language qualifications. Some students can meet the requirement through previous study in English or a country-specific award. Check the English section on your country page and your course page to see what you can use.
What if I don’t see my country, or my qualification is different?
If your country is not listed, use the general entry requirements and English language links on this page. We also consider relevant work experience and non-standard qualifications, so explain your background clearly in your application and contact your regional team for advice.
