Virtual open day FAQs
Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Yes. Each session includes time for questions. Use the chat or Q&A tool to ask about your course, your grades, English requirements, visas, or student life.
What if I can’t attend live?
Register anyway. We’ll send follow-up information after the event, and some sessions may be shared as recordings or resources.
What technology do I need to join?
A modern web browser, a steady internet connection and headphones are usually enough. You’ll receive a secure link after you register. Test your audio/video before joining.
I’m outside the UK, what time zone are sessions in?
Events run on UK time (Europe/London). Add the session to your calendar to see the correct local time.
I’d like to visit in person. What are my options?
You can book an in-person open day or a campus tour if you are in the UK. These let you see facilities and accommodation on site.
