If your visa expires before the date of your ceremony, or your guests requires a visa, you will need a Graduation Invitation (Visa) letter from the Graduation Team at the University of East London to support your application.
Please note Graduation Invitation (Visa) letter requests can only be made once the student/guests have registered for their ceremony. Deadline to register for visas is Friday 8 November 2019.
Please download the Visa Letter Request Form and email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will take up to seven days for forms to be processed so please send your form in early to avoid disappointment.
Visa letters cannot be issued on the day, please ensure you've submitted your form and received confirmation it's ready. If you do plan on coming to the university please email email@example.com to book an appointment before coming.
All letters, including International letters, are sent via Royal Mail. We advise students to list a UK address, if this is not possible, please allow time for the letter to arrive.
Please make sure you fill in every piece of information. Failure to do so will result in your form being rejected. Any form with incorrect information, or information that needs to be changed, will incur an administration fee of £5 each time information needs to be corrected due to a fault in the application form.
