The East London Skills and Employment Federation is a partnership between the University of East London and the following further education colleges and sixth form colleges:

Further Education colleges

  • Barking and Dagenham College
  • Newham College of Further Education
  • Hackney Community College, New City College
  • Havering College of Further and Higher Education
  • Redbridge College, New City College
  • Tower Hamlets College, New City College 

 Sixth Form Colleges

  • Havering Sixth Form College
  • Newham Sixth Form College (New Vic)

UTCs

  • London Design and Engineering UTC

What we do?
Collaboratively, we work to understand and address issues and challenges relating to aspiration, confidence, attainment, progression and employment outcomes for local people, particularly those from disadvantaged and underrepresented groups who might not otherwise consider progression to Higher Education.  We also develop pathways to higher-level skills that leads to employment.
