The resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement generated a worldwide momentum and energy in a range of areas of life, not least in the corporate world. There was a n unprecedented visibility to black voices in this realm speaking out, opening up a space for dialogue through which lasting change can be engineered.

Black Leaders is a movement arising out of that space, and is determined to capitalise on the opportunity for change, and seeks to harness the know-how and talent of black professionals in the corporate space for the development of upcoming talent, and to be a channel for the unique voice for black experience in corporate Britain

This webinar will feature some of the founders of Black Leaders and other individuals involved in shaping its vision and programme. This is an opportunity to hear about individual success stories, and to discuss the barriers and opportunities to sustaining a pipeline of black talent into the corporate arena.
