One million students. One party.
An online party will be held to celebrate students across the UK
One million students from across the UK are invited to attend #DigiProm, an online public event to celebrate students who were to graduate this summer.
The free online party will be held on 17 July from 6-10pm and tickets should be booked through Eventbrite. The event is open to all graduands, recent graduates, apprentices, school leavers and everyone in-between who couldn’t celebrate their success due to the global Covid-19 pandemic.
Hosted by award-winning comedian Mo Gilligan, the event promises to replicate the real thing as much as possible. Celebrities are expected to make guest appearances and there will be performances and live streaming from multiple breakout rooms. Click here to register for your free ticket and you will be sent details of how to attend.
As you have been informed previously the July graduation ceremonies for University of East London graduands have been postponed due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. We are planning a virtual celebration to be happening at the beginning of September (which will be a supplementary activity and not a replacement for your physical graduation). Further information regarding the virtual celebration, including date, time and registration details will be sent to your inbox soon. You can find any updates in this regard on our graduation webpage.
