A week of free activities for University of East London students and staff

The University of East London takes your wellbeing seriously. That is why we have organised 'UEL Wellbeing Week' 2020 - a week of free activities for UEL students and staff from 2-6 March. 
The week is focused around University Mental Health Day on Thursday 5 March 2020. 

We strongly encourage you to take some time out of your day, where possible, to get involved. 

As part of the week, we want to hear from you, our students and staff, on how you think UEL is currently supporting your mental health at University. If you want to be part of the conversation, then please join us at one of our focus groups. 

Activities include: 

  • Free gym access
  • Free gym classes
  • Mindfulness
  • Focus groups
  • Dramatic performance
  • Neuroscience session
