The Grinch, with Whoville-style mask workshop

The Royal Docks and the University of East London present: The Grinch and a fun mask-making workshop

Join us for a special screening of The Grinch and some festive fun with a Whoville mask-making workshop as part of Dock the Halls, a FREE winter film festival at the Royal Docks.

The Grinch

The Grinch is the Christmas film for people who think it’s too soon to get excited about Christmas, even though it definitely isn’t. Bring your family and loved ones for the latest animated version of this classic Dr Seuss story about Whoville and the surprisingly loveable Grinch who stole Christmas.

Before the screening, you can get into the Whoville spirit of Christmas — or release your inner Grinch — with our mask-making workshop. The Makendoo craft team will be on hand with unlimited biodegradable glitter, sparkle and vibrant-coloured card so you can create your own Whoville headgear, a festive Grinch mask, or an over-the-top gift box. Suitable for all ages.

Presented by the Royal Docks in partnership with the University of East London.

Workshop times: 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm

Screening starts at 3 pm
